We always have a lot to celebrate -
but some days are even more special
We've had many times out for coffee or meals with new friends and family. Sometimes it's simple spaghetti bolognese or Hungarian dishes at our place, South African meals at Janey and Andre's, soup and bread at our cell group, meals with Iris family at the Fourie's, braais in Robertson with Mike and Carolynn, pizza or baking parties with our MFH teens, cappuccinos at Worcester Christian Church, or lattes at Hillsong Somerset West. It's all good and worth celebrating.
Leaders from Source of Life Ministries picked us up at the Cape Town airport on our arrival on November 10, 2017. The next day, they gave us a special lunch where we shared.
We celebrated our purchase of our 2004 Mercedes at Nuy on the Hill bistro, and moving into our Hoogelegen rental home at Ocean Basket. Still looking for those pics (will post later)
We celebrated summer Christmas 2017 the South African way - with homemade cold meats and salads, with our dear friends Andre and Janey.
We celebrated with our Iris Western Cape family together for the first time, just after Christmas 2017. It's a challenge to get us all together, since we are spread out.
